Chef Brett was the personal Chef to President Nelson Mandela & during that time was taught by experts in their industry how to cook healthy, yet maintain the tastes and essence of food.
Chef Brett’s book “Mandela Appreciation Club” is being released in March 2018 and his recipe book will be released later this year.
